The bison meat is the core of your custom product, and is a part of every Custom Complete Bison. Once you've chosen how you want your meat cut and whether and how much you want turned into sausage, pepperoni, jerky and pemmican, you then get to decide which and how much of the other parts of the animal you want, and what you want them processed into. Anything left over is welcomed into our program to be offered to our community.
